Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Please note that refunds are not provided for early departures.

Cancellations

Reservations canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For added peace of mind, Travel Insurance is available for purchase at the time of booking once a valid U.S. state and ZIP code are entered.

Occupancy

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in. Rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults).

• Children 12 and under stay free
• Additional guests are $10 per person, per night
• One-Bedroom Suites accommodate up to 4 guests
• Two-Bedroom Suites accommodate up to 6 guests

Property Policies

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking

In accordance with Wisconsin State Statute 101.123, all buildings, suites, patios, and balconies are smoke-free.

Bicycles

Bicycles are not permitted inside buildings, suites, patios, or balconies. A bicycle rack is available on the property for guest use.

Boats & Trailers

Parking space for boats and trailers is not available on the property.
